If paying by credit card, how will I receive my receipt?

We email a copy of your receipt the following day once the order has shipped.

How long until my order arrives?

We process and ship all in stock orders within 1 business day. We ship UPS Ground which can take anywhere between 2-4 days usually. 

How do I register and open an online account with LPM Systems?

1. Add items to your cart and click "Checkout"

2. Follow on screen instructions. 

- If you have a customer number, we will register you under your existing account. 

- If you're a new customer, an account will be set up upon completion of your order. If you are ordering for a business please be sure to input your company name.

How do I submit my Tax Exemption Certificate?

Tax rates are determined by the shipping address of your order. State laws require LPM Systems to have exemption certificates from all customers who claim a tax exemption. If the exemption certificate is not received and your state is a taxable state there will be sales tax calculated and added to your order.
