Effective 4/2/26, we may impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount for credit card transactions, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not impose a surcharge on debit cards, ACH payments, cash, or checks. Please contact our office to make arrangements for ACH payments.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All of our orders are delivered via UPS. For customers who need expedited service, we offer Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day Shipping. Customers within the Portland Metro area receive local delivery options.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International customers are responsible for customs and duties charges, plus actual shipping charges.

Returns

Returns are subject to re-stock ability. Parts and custom label orders are non-returnable. In returns due to customer error, the shipping cost incurred to send the product(s) out is not refunded and the shipping costs to return the product(s) is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping will be refunded for returns due to LPM error.
